Deze vakantiewoning voor 6 personen heeft drie badkamers en drie slaapkamers en beschikt over twee eenpersoonsbedden en twee tweepersoonsbedden. De vakantiewoning is voorzien van drie verwarmingen. Daarnaast is er een tafeltennistafel, een zwembad, een tuin, een barbecue en een set tuinmeubelen en zijn er drie airco's. Uw auto kunt u parkeren op drie parkeerplaatsen. De badkamer is voorzien van drie douches, drie toiletten en drie wastafels.

De vakantiewoning beschikt over een koel- en vriescombinatie.

Speciaal voor (kleine) kinderen is er een kinderbed en een kinderstoel.

The charming 16th century estate, with a typical natural stone façade, is surrounded by fields and has unobstructed views of the Sierra de Tramuntana mountains, which rise on the horizon. Ideal for one or two families, this house without neighbors guarantees privacy and tranquility within an idyllic and rural environment. After getting up, you can relax with a shower outside and do some exercise by swimming in the private pool. The only noise that accompanies the swimmer is the singing of the birds. The chlorine pool with a size of 6 x 4 meters and with a depth between 1 and 1.8 meters, has views of the countryside. In the garden we find corners to sunbathe on one of the 7 sun loungers or spread our towel in the shade of the reeds. The large cobblestone terrace and porch offer many places to share a bottle of wine with friends, have a barbecue or play with the children. Separately, there is another independent and exterior bathroom with a shower. The plot is partially fenced and there are no direct neighbors.

The two-story house is decorated in the typical Mallorcan style, with wooden beams, stone walls and the old oil mill. Upon entering, we find the dining room with a large table and a wood stove. The living room has satellite TV (German channels), books, CD and DVD player, and also has access to the terrace. The kitchen will make you feel like you are traveling back in time when you look at the stone sink and stoneware floor. However, it is equipped with good equipment that includes a dishwasher, coffee maker, gas hob and some kitchen utensils. Next to the kitchen, there is a very authentically decorated room where you can sit next to the stove. The washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board are located on the terrace. The stately bedroom on the ground floor has a double bed, small window and an en-suite bathroom with shower. Upstairs there is a bedroom with two single beds and access to the terrace and the third also has two single beds. All bedrooms have air conditioning. Additionally, for cold days, they have oil central heating. On the first floor there is a bathroom with a shower. The owner cares a lot about the environment, which is why he has installed solar panels.

Wrapped in an idyllic and rural environment, this farm is located 2.8 km from the small town of Búger, where time seems to have stopped. In the center there is a restaurant and some cafes; You will find more services in Sa Pobla. At the weekly Búger market, which takes place every Saturday, you can not only buy fresh products from the island but also get a taste of village life. The surroundings are very beautiful for walking or cycling routes, you can even go to the Sierra de Tramuntana, which is almost next door. The Campanet and Ses Fonts Ufanes Caves are more or less 11 km from the house. By car it is easy to reach the northern beaches such as Can Picafort, Puerto de Alcúdia and Playa de Muro. Betalingsvoorwaarden en -termijnen

Binnen zeven dagen een aanbetaling van 30% van het totaalbedrag en eventuele annuleringsverzekering. De tweede betaling is uiterlijk zes weken voor vertrek.

Betaalt u in twee termijnen, dan ontvang u een week voor het verstrijken van de tweede termijn een herinnering per e-mail. Vertrekt u binnen zes weken, dan moet de betaling in één keer voldaan worden. Bij een vertrek binnen veertien dagen moet de betaling in één keer en via creditcard, PayPal, iDEAL (alleen Nederland) of Mister Cash (alleen België) voldaan worden.
