None of your neighbours want to hear your music!!!!You are not allowed to listen to music from jukeboxes or loudspeakers, have parties in the flat, make noise or disturb the neighbours. You can only listen to music from smartphones, if you do not agree with these rules, please do not book this apartment!!!!!.I prefer longer stays and quiet people.

Betalingsvoorwaarden en -termijnen

Na bevestiging van de boeking moet binnen tien dagen een aanbetaling van 20% gedaan worden van de totale huursom. Vervolgens moet de tweede betaling uiterlijk 42 dagen voor vertrek worden voldaan. Indien u vertrekt binnen zes weken dan moet het volledige bedrag direct worden voldaan.
