The exteriors of the house are spectacular, cool off in its 8 x 4 m2 pool, minimum depth 0.60 and maximum 1.70, or simply relax on one of its 7 sun loungers. It is ideal for children thanks to its garden, and it also has a “ping-pong†table. On the land there are orange trees, which you can pick and eat directly from the tree. There is a small porch for barbecue for those who love outdoor cooking. There is also another porch equipped with a table with chairs to spend great evenings.

The house, on one floor, has 3 bedrooms, all with a fan, 2 of them with a double bed, and 1 with two single beds; It has availability for two cribs. There is an air conditioner in the hallway of the rooms. In addition, there are 2 bathrooms, 1 with a shower and 1 with a bathtub that serve the entire house. The living room and kitchen are located in the same space and have air conditioning and a wood stove. Relax on the sofas either watching Satellite TV, reading a book or simply resting. There is a table with chairs in the dining room where you can have great evenings with your family or friends. The gas kitchen is a very cozy area, separated from the living room area with a breakfast bar, and is fully equipped so you can cook without any impediment. There is an iron, ironing board and washing machine.

Llubi is located 3.2 km from the house and constitutes one of the most beautiful areas of Mallorca; It is a small town, charming and very welcoming. Just a 20-minute drive away are the beaches of Can Picafort and Puerto Alcúdia. 30 minutes away you will find other beaches such as Puerto Pollença, Cala San Vicente and Formentor. They are beaches with soft white sand and crystal clear, shallow waters, ideal for children. All of them offer a multitude of water activities, such as sailing, kayaking, diving and fishing, among others. In both Can Picafort, Puerto de Alcúdia and Puerto de Pollença, we find a promenade where you can enjoy beautiful views of the bay and the beach, and where we also find pleasant local, tourist shops, cafes, ice cream parlors, open-air restaurants, etc. If what you like is hiking or cycling, you will find different routes in the nature of the island to enjoy short excursions. Betalingsvoorwaarden en -termijnen

Binnen zeven dagen een aanbetaling van 30% van het totaalbedrag en eventuele annuleringsverzekering. De tweede betaling is uiterlijk zes weken voor vertrek.

Betaalt u in twee termijnen, dan ontvang u een week voor het verstrijken van de tweede termijn een herinnering per e-mail. Vertrekt u binnen zes weken, dan moet de betaling in één keer voldaan worden. Bij een vertrek binnen veertien dagen moet de betaling in één keer en via creditcard, PayPal, iDEAL (alleen Nederland) of Mister Cash (alleen België) voldaan worden.
