The exterior of the house is wonderful: go outside on the terrace, have a barbecue, swim in the pool or simply relax in the wonderful garden, on the sofas on the terrace or in the hammocks sunbathing. The porch of about 30 m2 is furnished with tables and chairs so that you can organize summer meals there, taking refuge from the sunny and very hot days. In addition, the villa has a magnificent barbecue area next to the porch and the pool. There are more than 60 m2 of very well-kept natural grass; It is the perfect place to let children play freely. The pool is made of salt and measures about 18 m2. Around the pool there is grass with a garden swing and hammocks where you can sunbathe peacefully. On the property there is enough space to park up to more than three cars in the back of the house.

This beautiful villa has 3 bedrooms and is ideal for families with children and groups of friends. All rooms are spacious, very bright and well equipped. One of the rooms with a double bed is located on the ground floor, while the other two are on the first floor, one offers two single beds and the other a double bed. The house has two cribs and two high chairs upon request at no extra cost. The house has 3 fully equipped bathrooms, one on the ground floor that has a shower, another on the first floor with a bathtub and the other is outside and has a shower. It has air conditioning in the bedrooms and the living room-kitchen-dining room.

The Mediterranean air is felt in every room. Sit and relax in the living room where there are comfortable sofas to enjoy a good read, watch TV or simply take a good nap. The house has satellite television and Wi-Fi. The dining area, in the same space as the living room, has a large table to enjoy meals with family and friends. The kitchen has everything you need so you can cook without problems: blender, electric coffee maker, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, juicer, microwave, ceramic hob and electric oven, kitchen utensils and refrigerator with freezer. Obviously there is also a separate laundry area that has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. It has air conditioning in the bedrooms and the living room-kitchen-dining room.

The villa is very well connected so that in a few minutes you can reach the town of Inca where you will find everything you need, such as a wide variety of bars and restaurants, supermarkets, traditional market every Thursday, banks, shops...etc. Be sure to visit the weekly market held on Thursdays. At the same time, in the surroundings of the estate there are small paths along which it is a delight to walk and you can take small excursions on foot or by bicycle that are very entertaining, such as going up to the Puig de Santa Magdalena where you will find a magnificent viewpoint of the entire island, a small hermitage from the 13th century and a restaurant where you can finish this typical excursion, as well as other excursions that will take you through small valleys of the Serra de Tramuntana (declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO) or along long paths to the area known as Es Pla de Mallorca, the flattest area, but which is rather undulating due to its small peaks and hills.

In just about 35 minutes driving you will reach Ses Casetes des Capellans and Ca’n Picafort. Spend a day on the fine sand beach and enjoy a cocktail while admiring the sunset. In the area there are good restaurants to eat paella which have incredible views. The Ca'n Picafort promenade is very lively and contrasts with the tranquility of Playas de Muro. We also recommend that you visit the area of ​​Alcúdia, where there are coves with crystal clear waters.
