Outside this beautiful property you will find an incredible private salt pool, with dimensions of 9 m x 4 m and a depth range that goes from 1.2m to 2.10m and will be ideal for cooling off on warm summer days after sunbathing on the available sun loungers. The extensive garden will be the favorite place for the little ones, who will be able to run and play as they please, and in the outdoor dining area they will be able to gather together to enjoy the wonderful barbecue that is in the house, and with which they will be able to prepare their favorite dishes. The property is also fenced, so privacy is total.

The interior of the villa is distributed over two floors. On the ground floor you can watch satellite TV and relax on the comfortable sofas in the living room, which is open to the dining room. The kitchen, which is independent, has a dining area, access to the terrace, ceramic hob and all the necessary utensils to cook comfortably. A total of three bedrooms will offer you the comfort you deserve. One of them is located on this ground floor and has two single beds, a ceiling fan and access to the terrace. A bathroom with shower completes this floor. Via the stairs, you will access the upper floor, which has the two remaining bedrooms, the first offers a double bed and access to the terrace, while the second has two single beds, access to another terrace and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. An additional bathroom with a shower completes the room. You can use the washing machine, iron and ironing board that you will find in the accommodation and the entire house has central heating. If you travel with your baby, we can provide you with a cot and a high chair.

Betalingsvoorwaarden en -termijnen

Binnen zeven dagen een aanbetaling van 30% van het totaalbedrag en eventuele annuleringsverzekering. De tweede betaling is uiterlijk zes weken voor vertrek.

Betaalt u in twee termijnen, dan ontvang u een week voor het verstrijken van de tweede termijn een herinnering per e-mail. Vertrekt u binnen zes weken, dan moet de betaling in één keer voldaan worden. Bij een vertrek binnen veertien dagen moet de betaling in één keer en via creditcard, PayPal, iDEAL (alleen Nederland) of Mister Cash (alleen België) voldaan worden.
