Deze vakantiewoning voor 10 personen heeft zes badkamers en vijf slaapkamers en beschikt over vier eenpersoonsbedden en drie tweepersoonsbedden. De vakantiewoning is voorzien van een barbecue, een set tuinmeubelen, een tuin en een zwembad. De badkamer is voorzien van zes douches, zes toiletten en zes wastafels.

De vakantiewoning beschikt over een koel- en vriescombinatie.

Kinderen

Speciaal voor (kleine) kinderen is er een kinderstoel en een kinderbed.

De keuken is voorzien van een vaatwasser, een fornuis, een koffiezetapparaat, een magnetron en een oven.

The farm has plenty of space for our guests and is in a quiet, rural area, 20 km from the coast. The highlight is undoubtedly the large chlorine pool (13.5m x 7m, depth between 1m and 1.85m). Swim here with wonderful views of the countryside and mountains, surrounded by absolute tranquility. On the terrace around the pool there is a terrace where you can sunbathe on one of the ten sun loungers and cool off from time to time with an outdoor shower. There is an awning so you can protect yourself from the sun during the hottest hours of the middle of the day. The furnished porch has views of the pool and countryside and is a nice place for a barbecue or a long breakfast. The 30,000 m2 plot is fenced and there are no neighbors next door.

The interior of the property has a stately and warm style without giving up modern equipment such as television with satellite channels (channels in German, Spanish and English) and Wi-Fi. The traditional living-dining room stands out for the natural stone wall and the modern sofa. Another eating area gives access to the kitchen where we find a ceramic hob, dishwasher, kitchen utensils and oven. The separate laundry room offers a washing machine, iron and ironing board. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe as well as a separate bathroom with a shower.

On the first floor there are four more bedrooms, two with two double beds and the rest with two single beds. All upstairs bedrooms come with an en-suite bathroom with shower and there is a separate sixth bathroom with shower. Additionally, all rooms are equipped with AC. If you are traveling with a baby, we prepare a cot and a high chair upon request.

Located 7 km from the center of Manacor, this farm is surrounded by nature. In Manacor you find many shops, supermarkets, restaurants and the pearl factory, Majorica where you can buy unique jewels. Vilafranca de Bonany, Petra and Sant Llorenç des Cardassar are just a few examples of inland towns where you can get to know the daily life of Mallorcans and go to eat in a celler, restaurants that serve authentic cuisine. Port de Manacor, the Cuevas del Drach and Portocristo beach are about half an hour away by car. Additionally, you can spend a day on the beaches of S'Illot/Sa Coma, Cala Anguila/Cala Mendia or Cales de Mallorca. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 5 cars.

Op 5 kilometer van Sa Montanyeta treft u één of meerdere restaurants. Een supermarkt is in de buurt, op 5,1 kilometer. Zin om wat actiever te zijn? In de omgeving kunt u golfen. Lekker relaxen kan ook, want in de buurt van Sa Montanyeta in Manacor kunt u naar het strand of de haven.

Betalingsvoorwaarden en -termijnen

Binnen zeven dagen een aanbetaling van 30% van het totaalbedrag en eventuele annuleringsverzekering. De tweede betaling is uiterlijk zes weken voor vertrek.

Betaalt u in twee termijnen, dan ontvang u een week voor het verstrijken van de tweede termijn een herinnering per e-mail. Vertrekt u binnen zes weken, dan moet de betaling in één keer voldaan worden. Bij een vertrek binnen veertien dagen moet de betaling in één keer en via creditcard, PayPal, iDEAL (alleen Nederland) of Mister Cash (alleen België) voldaan worden.
