Located at the foot of the mountain, very close to the towns of Inca and Caimari, this two-story house is characterized by its beautiful salt pool surrounded by grass and 6 sun loungers where sunbathing will become a pleasure. The pool measures 8x5m and has a depth of 1.10 to 1.90m. In this large outdoor area, they have a ping-pong table, ideal for entertaining without leaving home, and a large porch where you will surely want to prepare a barbecue and enjoy it with your family. The house is fenced and there are direct neighbors.

It is a house with a special charm, which has a living room equipped with air conditioning where you can watch satellite TV while contemplating the unparalleled mountain views through the glass windows. The beautiful independent dining room equipped with AC is beautiful to extend your evenings and the kitchen equipped with a ceramic hob and all the necessary utensils so you can cook your favorite dishes and feel at home. When it comes to sleeping, you will find four bedrooms. The first two with two single beds and a double bed respectively. A third with two single beds equipped with AC and the last with a double bed and en suite bathroom with shower. A bathroom with a bathtub completes the room. If you travel with your baby we can provide you with a crib and a high chair. At your disposal, there is a laundry area with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.

Mancor de la Vall is a small town located in the Sierra de Tramuntana, with easy access to a large number of routes for mountain excursions. In the mornings, the townspeople go out to buy at the bakery in the square and stroll through the stone streets of the center. At the same time, this town is located a short distance from the small city of Inca, where the weekly market, well-known throughout the island, takes place every Thursday.

If you like beaches between the mountains, some of the coves that we recommend visiting are those located in the small towns of the Sierra, such as Banyalbufar or DeiÃ. If you prefer longer beaches with fine sand, the Puerto de Alcúdia beach has no end and is ideal for practicing water sports such as windsurfing, jet skis or diving, among others. Note: This rental cannot accept clients under 30 years of age, except in cases where it is a family stay. We need copies of each person's ID to be able to accept the reservation. Betaalt u in twee termijnen, dan ontvang u een week voor het verstrijken van de tweede termijn een herinnering per e-mail. Vertrekt u binnen zes weken, dan moet de betaling in één keer voldaan worden. Bij een vertrek binnen veertien dagen moet de betaling in één keer en via creditcard, PayPal, iDEAL (alleen Nederland) of Mister Cash (alleen België) voldaan worden.
