In addition, the outdoor furniture invites you to relax while sunbathing or enjoy eating or having a drink with your companions. As it is located in a building, the apartment has direct neighbors.

The interior of the house, on two floors and decorated with exquisite taste, is designed to offer you the rest you deserve. On the main floor there is a spacious and bright living-dining room with AC and Smart TV, perfect for extending your evenings. The kitchen is independent and has a ceramic hob and all the necessary utensils to cook comfortably. In the house there is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. On this same floor there is also a sink. Via stairs you will access the floor where the 3 bedrooms are, all with air conditioning. Of them, 1 has two single beds, another has a single bed, while the last one has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower. Another independent bathroom with a bathtub serves this floor. The apartment also has central heating. If you travel with your baby, we can provide you with a cot and a high chair.

Betalingsvoorwaarden en -termijnen

Binnen zeven dagen een aanbetaling van 30% van het totaalbedrag en eventuele annuleringsverzekering. De tweede betaling is uiterlijk zes weken voor vertrek.

Betaalt u in twee termijnen, dan ontvang u een week voor het verstrijken van de tweede termijn een herinnering per e-mail. Vertrekt u binnen zes weken, dan moet de betaling in één keer voldaan worden. Bij een vertrek binnen veertien dagen moet de betaling in één keer en via creditcard, PayPal, iDEAL (alleen Nederland) of Mister Cash (alleen België) voldaan worden.
