Deze vakantiewoning voor 6 personen heeft drie badkamers en drie slaapkamers en beschikt over een tweepersoonsbed en vier eenpersoonsbedden. De vakantiewoning is voorzien van een set tuinmeubelen, een tuin, een zwembad en een barbecue. De badkamer is voorzien van twee wastafels, drie douches, een bidet en drie toiletten.

Outside, the wonderful and refreshing protagonist is the chlorine pool that measures 5 x 3 meters and has a depth of 1 to 2 meters. In addition, it has a safety fence for children. The outdoor areas also offer 2 porches with outdoor dining tables, a fantastic built-in barbecue and a children's play area for the little ones in the house. A bathroom with shower completes the exteriors. The property is fenced and privacy is total.

The 2-story house has a simple and cozy style to enjoy a magnificent vacation. On the ground floor, you will find the living room with satellite TV and decorative fireplace; then the large dining room for 6 people; and finally the kitchen with a wood stove, induction cooker, breakfast table and all the equipment to cook during your vacation. The laundry area is separate and includes a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The first bedroom, with a double bed, is still located on the ground floor, as well as a bathroom with shower. Already on the upper floor we have the other 2 bedrooms, both with 2 single beds and access to a large terrace. Another bathroom with shower completes this level. Finally, in the house they have 4 fans, as well as a crib and high chair if you travel with your baby.

The beautiful house is located on the outskirts of Porreres, where you will find all the basic services for your stay such as supermarkets, bars, restaurants, etc. The nearby road will take you to the wonderful beaches in the southeast of the island, such as Calas de Mallorca, Portocolom or Cala d'Or. The area also offers different routes for cyclists, or the opportunity to play your favorite sport at the nearby Son Antem Golf course, 20 km from the house. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 0 cars.

Betalingsvoorwaarden en -termijnen

Binnen zeven dagen een aanbetaling van 30% van het totaalbedrag en eventuele annuleringsverzekering. De tweede betaling is uiterlijk zes weken voor vertrek.

Betaalt u in twee termijnen, dan ontvang u een week voor het verstrijken van de tweede termijn een herinnering per e-mail. Vertrekt u binnen zes weken, dan moet de betaling in één keer voldaan worden. Bij een vertrek binnen veertien dagen moet de betaling in één keer en via creditcard, PayPal, iDEAL (alleen Nederland) of Mister Cash (alleen België) voldaan worden.
