The exterior of the property features an impressive 14 x 16 metre saltwater pool, with a depth ranging from 1.50 m to 2 m, perfect both for swimming and for relaxing while admiring the scenery. Next to the pool there is a spacious area with a pergola, equipped with a barbecue area and a practical outdoor kitchen, ideal for long meals in the open air. There is also an outdoor shower to cool off from time to time.The interior is distributed over two floors. On the ground floor, the living-dining room has a Smart TV and offers a cosy atmosphere to extend your evenings. The ceramic hob kitchen is fully equipped with all the utensils you need to cook just like at home. There is a guest toilet, and you will also find a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Upstairs you will find the three bedrooms. The first has a double bed and spectacular mountain views, as well as an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub; the second bedroom also has a double bed, and the third features bunk beds, designed for both families and groups of friends. All rooms have ducted air conditioning, radiators and wardrobes. A bathroom with a bathtub completes this floor. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide a cot and a high chair.Galilea is a small and charming village in the Serra de Tramuntana and a very peaceful area surrounded by mountains, pine forests and stone terraces, ideal for switching off and enjoying nature. From here, hiking routes set off with spectacular views towards the coast and inland areas. Just a few minutes away is Puigpunyent, with restaurants and a rural atmosphere, and in about 30 minutes by car you can reach Palma and beaches such as Illetes or Camp de Mar. Betalingsvoorwaarden en -termijnen

De aanbetaling is 30% van de huursom en eventuele afgesloten verzekeringen. Vervolgens moet de tweede betaling uiterlijk zes weken voor vertrek worden voldaan. Indien u vertrekt binnen negen weken, dan moet het volledige bedrag in één keer worden betaald.
