Deze vakantiewoning voor 6 personen heeft drie badkamers en drie slaapkamers en beschikt over twee eenpersoonsbedden en twee tweepersoonsbedden. De vakantiewoning is voorzien van een barbecue, een set tuinmeubelen, een tuin, een zwembad en drie airco's. De badkamer is voorzien van twee toiletten, drie wastafels, drie douches en drie ligbaden.

De vakantiewoning beschikt over een koel- en vriescombinatie.

Kinderen

Speciaal voor (kleine) kinderen is er een kinderbed en een kinderstoel.

De keuken is voorzien van een oven, een koffiezetapparaat, een magnetron, een vaatwasser en een fornuis.

The exteriors are very beautiful thanks to a beautiful stone construction, a nice pool and a cozy and well-kept garden. Out here you can prepare a delicious outdoor barbecue and enjoy it under the porch as it is perfectly furnished with a table and six outdoor chairs. After this exquisite meal you can relax chatting and having a coffee on the sofas. Although the best of all is being able to spend a pleasant day swimming as much as you want in the pool and sunbathing on the grass or in the 6 hammocks available. The pool is chlorine, measures 9 x 4 meters and its depth ranges between 1.5 and 2 m. The plot is fenced and there are direct neighbors.

The villa offers a warm and peaceful atmosphere inside. Sit in the large living room and enjoy reading a good book, watching satellite television or your favorite movies on DVD, accompanied by the air conditioning. The dining area, furnished with a rustic table, is the perfect place to eat with family and friends. The kitchen, open to this living-dining room through a large arch, has everything you need to cook at home, including a ceramic hob, oven, microwave and more. There are three bedrooms, all with wardrobe, air conditioning and en-suite bathroom with separate shower and bathtub. One of them offers two single beds and space to accommodate a crib and a high chair, while the rest offer a double bed. The laundry room is separate and has a washing machine, a dryer, ironing board and iron.

The house is located in a quiet urbanization of Sa Pobla called Crestatx, which is only 4.5 km from the center of Sa Pobla, where you will find all the necessary services for your stay: supermarkets, bars, restaurants, shops, bakeries, etc. The charming town of Pollença, a well-deserved visit, as well as the beach of Puerto de Pollença is just over 10 km away. Although they also have many other beaches to visit if they continue along the coast, such as the paradisiacal beach of Puerto de Alcúdia or Can Picafort. And let's not forget that if you are sporty or adventurous, the closest golf course is only about 7 km away. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 2 cars.

Op 4,7 kilometer van Correfoc treft u één of meerdere restaurants. Een supermarkt is in de buurt, op 4,5 kilometer. Zin om wat actiever te zijn? In de omgeving kunt u golfen. Lekker relaxen kan ook, want in de buurt van Correfoc in Sa Pobla kunt u naar het strand of de haven.

Betalingsvoorwaarden en -termijnen

Binnen zeven dagen een aanbetaling van 30% van het totaalbedrag en eventuele annuleringsverzekering. De tweede betaling is uiterlijk zes weken voor vertrek.

Betaalt u in twee termijnen, dan ontvang u een week voor het verstrijken van de tweede termijn een herinnering per e-mail. Vertrekt u binnen zes weken, dan moet de betaling in één keer voldaan worden. Bij een vertrek binnen veertien dagen moet de betaling in één keer en via creditcard, PayPal, iDEAL (alleen Nederland) of Mister Cash (alleen België) voldaan worden.
