You are going to spend some incredible days in this beautiful country house that has many amenities to spend some fantastic days. Outside you can cool off in the beautiful 6 x 4.5 meter chlorine pool that has a depth between 0.5 and 1.5 meters. Next to it is the terrace with sun loungers where you can sunbathe peacefully enjoying the tranquility of the countryside. But the house also has other wonderful corners in which to disconnect: the porch next to the entrance where you can have a cocktail at sunset, the table under the arbor where you can enjoy juicy barbecues, and another small corner at the back of the house where you can relax and read a book, for example. Additionally, our guests have free access to our organic garden where you will find seasonal products such as tomatoes, watermelons,... The farm is fenced and privacy is total.

The simple 120 m2 house is spread over two floors and is sufficiently equipped to enjoy a relaxing holiday. Upon entering we will find a simple but comfortable living room where you can watch satellite television on the comfortable sofa or take a short nap. The kitchen and dining room, with a very special rustic style, share space. Includes induction cooktop and the basics for vacation cooking (no oven). It also has a table for 4 people. On the ground floor we find the first two bedrooms, one with a single bed and the second with two beds. Both have closets and views of the countryside. The floor is completed with a bathroom with a shower that serves the entire house. Upstairs you will find two attic rooms without doors, open to the lower floor, and without a closet. The first has a single bed and the second has a double bed. If you are traveling with a baby, we can prepare a crib and a high chair. Finally, the house has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The owner cares about the environment and that is why you will find solar panels on the property.

The house is located in sa Pobla, in a quiet and relaxing rural environment. In the town you will find all the basic services for an independent stay, including supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants serving traditional Mallorcan cuisine. The house is located just 13 km from Alcudia beach, but you can also visit others just as beautiful and nearby as Can Picafort, Playa de Muro, els Capellans,... If you are a golf lover, the closest course with sea views is Alcanada. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 3 cars.

Lekker relaxen kan ook, want in de buurt van Son Sabater (es Moli Nou) in Sa Pobla kunt u naar het strand of de haven.

Betalingsvoorwaarden en -termijnen

Binnen zeven dagen een aanbetaling van 30% van het totaalbedrag en eventuele annuleringsverzekering. De tweede betaling is uiterlijk zes weken voor vertrek.

Betaalt u in twee termijnen, dan ontvang u een week voor het verstrijken van de tweede termijn een herinnering per e-mail. Vertrekt u binnen zes weken, dan moet de betaling in één keer voldaan worden. Bij een vertrek binnen veertien dagen moet de betaling in één keer en via creditcard, PayPal, iDEAL (alleen Nederland) of Mister Cash (alleen België) voldaan worden.
