This beautiful stone house is located within a large estate of no less than 14,000 m2 where the pool, 11 m long x 5 m wide and 1.10 to 1.70 m deep, will be the delight of our guests. Surrounded by fresh green grass and a part of wooden decking, it becomes the perfect corner to sunbathe on the 10 sun loungers while contemplating the mountains and fields. Around, the porch of course also manages to be a great protagonist with a large table to enjoy a delicious barbecue and a comfortable and original pallet sofa. The plot is fenced and full of all types of trees, so also prepare yourselves for a pleasant walk through the land.

The house, surrounded by several terraces where you can sit and read a book or have a coffee with views of the countryside, has 300 m2 distributed over two floors. Upon entering, a beautiful hallway leads you to a spacious and simple living room with air conditioning, the perfect space to meet with family or friends and chat or watch satellite television. The dining room, open to the gas kitchen, with fireplace and AC, and maintaining its Mallorcan style, can be accessed from the outside or after several steps from the living room and offers a large table for all diners. The laundry room has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. There are five bedrooms with a wardrobe and two single beds each. Two of them, one with an en-suite bathroom, AC and space for a cot and high chair, are located on this same floor. In addition, the hallway that distributes them has AC equipment. The other three rooms are on the upper floor. One of them has access to a sunny terrace. Then there are 3 more bathrooms, one downstairs with a bathtub, one upstairs with a shower and one outside also with a shower.

The villa is located in a quiet and well-communized area, just 2.4 km from the center of the town of Sant Llorenç des Cardassar and about 11 km from the nearest beach, Cala Millor. The town has all the services you need for a memorable vacation. This area is ideal even if you are passionate about walking or cycling. We recommend visiting the magnificent towns of Artà and Capdepera, or Manacor, which, being a small city, increases its range of shops and much more. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 6 cars.

Lekker relaxen kan ook, want in de buurt van Finca Can Setri in Sant Llorenç des Cardassar kunt u naar het strand of de haven.

Betalingsvoorwaarden en -termijnen

Binnen zeven dagen een aanbetaling van 30% van het totaalbedrag en eventuele annuleringsverzekering. De tweede betaling is uiterlijk zes weken voor vertrek.

Betaalt u in twee termijnen, dan ontvang u een week voor het verstrijken van de tweede termijn een herinnering per e-mail. Vertrekt u binnen zes weken, dan moet de betaling in één keer voldaan worden. Bij een vertrek binnen veertien dagen moet de betaling in één keer en via creditcard, PayPal, iDEAL (alleen Nederland) of Mister Cash (alleen België) voldaan worden.
