Outside this incredible property you will find a large chlorine pool with dimensions of 12m x 6m and a depth range that goes from 1.10m to 2.20m. The little ones will be able to run and play as they please thanks to the extensive 50m2 garden. The landscape that surrounds this property seems like a true paradise, thanks to the vegetation, umbrellas and sun loungers, where you can relax sunbathing. You can prepare a delicious barbecue, thanks to the two barbecues in the house, and enjoy them all together in the dining area on the terrace, which also has a small bar. The porch has fantastic outdoor furniture, and will be the ideal place to extend the evenings. Due to its excellent location, there are no nearby neighbors, so privacy is total.

The interior of the house is divided into two floors and has oil central heating. With a stately style, on the ground floor you will find a beautiful room open to the dining room and the kitchen, which is gas, and has all the necessary utensils for you to cook comfortably. When it comes to sleeping, on this floor they have 3 bedrooms with a fan. The first has a double bed, direct access to a small independent terrace in the garden and an en-suite bathroom with shower. The second, a trundle bed with capacity for two people and the third, a double bed, dressing room and en-suite bathroom with shower. Via the stairs you will access the upper floor, where you will find the fourth bedroom, which has a double bed, two terraces and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. You can use this room as a bedroom or use it as a second living room, as it has a Smart TV and comfortable armchairs. They can use the washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board that they will find in the accommodation. If you travel with your baby, we can provide you with a cot and a high chair.

Búger is a small town with cobbled streets, traditional stone houses and a 17th century church. The area surrounding this town is characterized by its rural landscape, with green hills and mountains, olive groves and crop fields. Despite the tranquility of this town, there are several bars and restaurants serving local food and drinks. The surroundings of this town offer numerous possibilities for outdoor activities, such as walking or hiking. The most beautiful and nearby beaches are Alcudia beach, Pollensa beach and Muro beach, which are just 30 minutes away by car. In addition, the region has several points of tourist interest, such as the Albufera Natural Park, Puig de Maria or the weekly Inca market, which is one of the largest and most popular on the island. Betalingsvoorwaarden en -termijnen

Binnen zeven dagen een aanbetaling van 30% van het totaalbedrag en eventuele annuleringsverzekering. De tweede betaling is uiterlijk zes weken voor vertrek.

Betaalt u in twee termijnen, dan ontvang u een week voor het verstrijken van de tweede termijn een herinnering per e-mail. Vertrekt u binnen zes weken, dan moet de betaling in één keer voldaan worden. Bij een vertrek binnen veertien dagen moet de betaling in één keer en via creditcard, PayPal, iDEAL (alleen Nederland) of Mister Cash (alleen België) voldaan worden.
