This beautiful villa is in an excellent central location, less than 60 metres from the beautiful sandy beach of Cala Gran and less than 200 metres from the centre of Cala D'Ors. The house therefore offers a quiet yet very central location. A variety of restaurants, cafés and boutiques are within easy walking distance. There are numerous small, beautiful sandy bays in and around Cala D'Or. A variety of water sports and boat trips along the picturesque south-east coast are on offer and the romantic, still authentic fishing villages such as Porto Petro, Porto Colom and Cala Figuera can be reached quickly by car. Betalingsvoorwaarden en -termijnen

Na bevestiging van de boeking moet binnen tien dagen een aanbetaling van 20% gedaan worden van de totale huursom. Vervolgens moet de tweede betaling uiterlijk 42 dagen voor vertrek worden voldaan. Indien u vertrekt binnen zes weken dan moet het volledige bedrag direct worden voldaan.
