De vakantiewoning is voorzien van zes airco's, een barbecue, een tuin, een set tuinmeubelen en een zwembad. De badkamer is voorzien van een ligbad, een bidet, vier wastafels, drie douches en vier toiletten.

De vakantiewoning beschikt over een koel- en vriescombinatie.

Speciaal voor (kleine) kinderen is er een kinderbed en een kinderstoel.

Welcome to one of the quietest areas and to a house that completely preserves the charm and essence of a Mallorcan construction from the year 1800.

The exteriors of the house are extraordinary. Just outside the main house we find a perfect porch to enjoy reading time. In the pool area (chlorine and 4.2 x 11 meters) and children's pool, there are several shaded areas: a small corner to protect yourself from the sun at midday, a large area with a table ideal for cool summer lunches and dinners, and a sofa area where you can enjoy having a drink. Around the pool there is a terrace area where we find 10 hammocks perfect for taking advantage of the good weather and the Mallorcan sun. There is also a garden area, with 140 m2 with grass. In the grass area there is a water tank that cannot be used as a swimming pool. The property is completely fenced. In the area behind the main house we find a large terrace with tables and chairs for all occupants which enjoys impressive views of the mountains and a fixed barbecue. There is also an outside toilet.

The accommodation consists of two houses located next to each other, which in total can accommodate 12 people. It is a large property of approximately 350 m2 built and 35,000 m2 of land in the municipality of Sencelles.

The Mallorcan essence is present in each of the rooms of the two houses. The main one has a large dining room with space for 12 people and a very comfortable living room with a sofa and two armchairs. The room has air conditioning, WIFI and Smart TV. The independent kitchen is equipped with everything you may need during your stay including a ceramic hob. The accommodation also has a washing machine, iron and ironing table (the laundry is common to both houses).

The large house has 4 double rooms, one of them located on the ground floor and the other three on the first floor. Two of the rooms have a double bed and the other two have two single beds each. In the small house we find the other two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. All rooms in both houses have air conditioning and closets (except one room that has it in the hallway, right at the exit of the room). The main house has 3 bathrooms, one in the basement with a shower, and the other two on the first floor, one with a shower and the other with a hot tub. The bathroom in the small house has a shower.

As for the small house, we also find a 25 m2 living-dining room where there is a sofa and two armchairs, and a table with space for six people to eat. This space also has air conditioning and TV with chromecast.

The house is just 2.4 km from Sencelles, where you can find everything you need during your stay; supermarket, medical center, pharmacy, bars, restaurants, etc. Just a 30-minute drive will take you to Ses Casetas des Capellans and Ca’n Picafort. Enjoy a day on the fine sand beach and make a cocktail while admiring the sunset. In the area you will find good restaurants to eat a good paella, some of them with incredible views of the bay of Alcúdia. The Ca'n Picafort promenade is very lively and contrasts with the tranquility of the Playas de Muro. It is also advisable to go to the area of ​​Alcúdia, where there are coves with crystal clear waters. Apart from the northern area, you can visit the beaches of the eastern part of Mallorca, sandy and rocky beaches perfect for nature lovers. Note: This rental cannot accept clients under 30 years of age, except in cases where it is a family stay. We need copies of each person's ID to be able to accept the reservation. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 4 cars.

Betalingsvoorwaarden en -termijnen

Binnen zeven dagen een aanbetaling van 30% van het totaalbedrag en eventuele annuleringsverzekering. De tweede betaling is uiterlijk zes weken voor vertrek.

Betaalt u in twee termijnen, dan ontvang u een week voor het verstrijken van de tweede termijn een herinnering per e-mail. Vertrekt u binnen zes weken, dan moet de betaling in één keer voldaan worden. Bij een vertrek binnen veertien dagen moet de betaling in één keer en via creditcard, PayPal, iDEAL (alleen Nederland) of Mister Cash (alleen België) voldaan worden.
