The private chlorine pool is the favorite place of all our guests during the summer. The pool has a size of 8 m x 4 m and a depth between 0.6 m and 2.1 m. It has a pergola on the terrace that invites you to have a barbecue or have a drink in the afternoon under its shade. Thanks to the outdoor shower, you can refresh yourself quickly at any time. On the other side of the building is the second terrace, offering a cool place to have breakfast. The house is located on a plot of 14,000 m2, which consists of fields and green areas.

Upon entering the house, one realizes that it is not a simple home but a second home. The air-conditioned living-dining room is spacious and invites you to linger, watching satellite television or enjoying a family meal. Highlights include the beautiful tiled floor and good quality furniture. The ceramic hob kitchen, open to the living-dining room, is every chef's dream. The laundry room is located on the terrace and is equipped with a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

On the ground floor, apart from the common areas, there is a bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. On the same floor there is another bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with a shower that serves the rest of the house. Both have a wardrobe. Going up the stairs, there is the third bedroom, equipped with air conditioning and a double bed and there is also a closet here. Our little guests will have a cot and a high chair. Regarding the views, all bedrooms have windows to the garden or countryside. For the winter months there is a pellet stove.

A few minutes' drive will take you to the fishing village Colonia de Sant Jordi with some excellent seafood and fish restaurants. During the summer, they can take a boat trip to the protected island of Cabrera. Normally, these boats make a stop at the Blue Cave, where they can dive. The water in this cave is so blue and transparent, it seems from another world. Regarding the beaches, on the one hand they have the natural beaches Es Trenc and Sa Rapita a few kilometers away, on the other hand they can go to the little coves on the eastern coast such as Cala S'Almonia and Cala Figuera. In the towns of Campos and Ses Salines you will find everything you need for your stay. In Campos, Thursday and Saturday are market days. Ses Salines is famous for its production of high quality salts, the famous Salt d'es Trenc. The most curious thing is the white salt mountains that dry under the Mediterranean sun. There is a store where you can buy salts with extravagant flavors and very rich in minerals. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. Pets up to 5.00 kg are welcome. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 4 cars.

Betalingsvoorwaarden en -termijnen

Binnen zeven dagen een aanbetaling van 30% van het totaalbedrag en eventuele annuleringsverzekering. De tweede betaling is uiterlijk zes weken voor vertrek.

Betaalt u in twee termijnen, dan ontvang u een week voor het verstrijken van de tweede termijn een herinnering per e-mail. Vertrekt u binnen zes weken, dan moet de betaling in één keer voldaan worden. Bij een vertrek binnen veertien dagen moet de betaling in één keer en via creditcard, PayPal, iDEAL (alleen Nederland) of Mister Cash (alleen België) voldaan worden.
