Deze vakantiewoning voor 6 personen heeft twee badkamers en drie slaapkamers en beschikt over zes eenpersoonsbedden. De vakantiewoning is voorzien van drie verwarmingen. Daarnaast is er een tuin, een zwembad, een barbecue en een set tuinmeubelen. De badkamer is voorzien van een toilet, een douche, een ligbad en twee wastafels.

You can enjoy the wonderful good weather on the island in the extraordinary exteriors of this property. The protagonist is the chlorine pool that measures 8 x 4 meters and has a depth of 1.3 to 2 meters and which will allow you to cool off after sunbathing on one of the sun loungers. There is also an outside shower. Several corners invite you to relax or enjoy a delicious al fresco barbecue, such as the large porch overlooking the pool. Young and old alike can play on the large grass area. The property is fenced and privacy is total.

The single-story house has a traditional and cozy style. Upon entering from the porch we find the comfortable living room with fireplace and TV with satellite channels. Next to it, the dining table for 6 people. The kitchen offers all the equipment you may need to cook during your holiday in addition to a ceramic hob. The laundry room is equipped with a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The sleeping area consists of 3 bedrooms, all with 2 single beds and a wardrobe. There are also two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. The equipment is completed with a crib, a high chair and oil central heating.

The house is located in the countryside but not far from Manacor, 4.8 km. The town offers all the necessary services for an independent stay such as shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, etc. The closest beach is Porto Cristo, 10.8 km away, a beautiful and family-friendly beach with crystal clear waters. The area is full of beaches and coves that are worth visiting such as Cala Petita, Cala Anguila or Cala Romántica. Another attraction in the area is the Drac Caves. For another type of fun, you can visit the Vall d'Or golf course and practice this exciting sport.

The heating works from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. and you have to pay a supplement. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 3 cars.

Betalingsvoorwaarden en -termijnen

Binnen zeven dagen een aanbetaling van 30% van het totaalbedrag en eventuele annuleringsverzekering. De tweede betaling is uiterlijk zes weken voor vertrek.

Betaalt u in twee termijnen, dan ontvang u een week voor het verstrijken van de tweede termijn een herinnering per e-mail. Vertrekt u binnen zes weken, dan moet de betaling in één keer voldaan worden. Bij een vertrek binnen veertien dagen moet de betaling in één keer en via creditcard, PayPal, iDEAL (alleen Nederland) of Mister Cash (alleen België) voldaan worden.
