Enjoy an enviable holiday by taking a dip in the fabulous 5 x 10 meter chlorine pool with a depth of up to 2.5 metres. It is surrounded by the fantastic terrace where you can sunbathe on one of the 8 sun loungers, or cool off quickly in the outdoor shower. It also has a charming porch with a barbecue where you will be able to enjoy great meals or dinners outdoors. For the little ones, you will find a 750m grass area where they can play in peace. The 18,000 m2 property is fenced, and there are not many neighbors in the surrounding area, so privacy is total. To entertain yourself without leaving home, there is a table tennis table, a basketball hoop and a soccer goal for the little ones in the family.

Inside, you will fall in love with the current rustic style of this mill house. The 200 m2 house is arranged on two floors: the ground floor and floor -1. On the ground floor we find the cozy living room that has several sofas where you can relax watching satellite TV or enjoying the Wi-Fi connection. Going down a few steps we access the dining area that can accommodate 6 people comfortably. The traditional-style gas kitchen also has a small office area for 4 people and all the necessary utensils to cook comfortably. There is a laundry area with a washing machine, iron and ironing board. In this house there are 3 bedrooms, two on the ground floor and another on the -1 floor. On the ground floor, one of the bedrooms has a double bed and the other has two single beds and both have a fan, wardrobe and en suite bathroom with a bathtub. Both have access to the garden. The lower floor bedroom has two single beds and a wardrobe. There is a third bathroom with a bathtub also on the ground floor, to serve the rest of the house. The house has central heating making it also ideal for winter stays.

The house is located a short walk from the beach in Sa Costa des Pins. It is a natural and quiet environment where you can enjoy a few days at the beach with peace of mind. Son Servera is quite close too. It is a small inland town with all the services and gastronomic offerings. You will also find great beaches nearby such as Es Ribells or Cala Sa Marjal. You can also pay a visit to the beautiful Cuevas de ArtÃ. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 2 cars.

Lekker relaxen kan ook, want in de buurt van Es Moli (son Comparet) in Son Servera kunt u naar het strand of de haven.

Betalingsvoorwaarden en -termijnen

Binnen zeven dagen een aanbetaling van 30% van het totaalbedrag en eventuele annuleringsverzekering. De tweede betaling is uiterlijk zes weken voor vertrek.

Betaalt u in twee termijnen, dan ontvang u een week voor het verstrijken van de tweede termijn een herinnering per e-mail. Vertrekt u binnen zes weken, dan moet de betaling in één keer voldaan worden. Bij een vertrek binnen veertien dagen moet de betaling in één keer en via creditcard, PayPal, iDEAL (alleen Nederland) of Mister Cash (alleen België) voldaan worden.
