A modern terraced house for 4 people, has a living space of approx. 70 square metres. The living rooms and bedrooms are comfortably furnished and tastefully decorated. Internet access via W-LAN can be used free of charge. The holiday home includes a bedroom with two single beds, a bedroom with a double bed, a shower room and an open-plan living and dining area. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped and, with a ceramic hob, oven and microwave, offers the best conditions for preparing tasty meals while on holiday. In the adjoining living room there is a dining area for 4 people, a comfortable corner sofa and a flat screen with satellite reception (German channels). From the living room and the bedroom with double bed, you have access to the furnished terrace, where you can relax on the comfortable seating. A special highlight is the heated pool, which is a wonderful place to relax after a hike through the mountains. Or make yourself comfortable on the sun loungers and enjoy the marvellous view of the sea and the mountain slopes of the Tamadaba Nature Park. Betalingsvoorwaarden en -termijnen

Na bevestiging van de boeking moet binnen tien dagen een aanbetaling van 20% gedaan worden van de totale huursom. Vervolgens moet de tweede betaling uiterlijk 42 dagen voor vertrek worden voldaan. Indien u vertrekt binnen zes weken dan moet het volledige bedrag direct worden voldaan.
