Just 5 minutes by car to the city center.This spacious property covers approximately 22,500 m2 and features an avocado plantation and a few banana trees. The highlight of this place is its breathtaking panoramic view, which encompasses the mountains, the majestic Teide, and the sparkling sea. The habitable area of the property spans around 1,000 square meters and includes two generously-sized country houses built in the traditional Canarian style.These country houses are constructed with high-quality materials, adorned with rustic furnishings, and exude a remarkably comfortable ambiance. The wooden ceilings in all the rooms add to the rustic charm. The houses are fully equipped with modern amenities, such as kitchens with all necessary appliances, satellite TV, and wireless internet, ensuring that you have everything you need, and more, for a perfect holiday. Moreover, all rooms are designed to receive ample natural daylight, including the bathrooms.The main house itself provides about 120 m2 of living space and is suitable for 2 - 4 people. It boasts two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The bathroom features a shower, and there is an additional separate toilet for convenience. The living area is spacious and equipped with satellite TV and Wi-Fi. The fully equipped kitchen includes a hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a variety of dishes and small appliances like a coffee maker, toaster, and kettle. Na bevestiging van de boeking moet binnen tien dagen een aanbetaling van 20% gedaan worden van de totale huursom. Vervolgens moet de tweede betaling uiterlijk 42 dagen voor vertrek worden voldaan. Indien u vertrekt binnen zes weken dan moet het volledige bedrag direct worden voldaan.
