This quiet country home is located in the small town of Los Valles in northern, rural Lanzarote. The nearest town - Teguise - is about 5 km from the property. The 300 m² house sits on a 3000 m² property with a garden, established in 2006.The kitchen gives access to a small, covered patio, which is perfect for enjoying your breakfast al fresco, reading or relaxing. The patio is accessible from the living room on the top floor. It boasts panoramic views over the surrounding nature and part of the town of Los Valles. The property is enclosed with a stone wall and has a well maintained garden. One of the highlights of the garden is a garden house built of stone, where you can find a barbecue area and a wood stove. It is detached from the main house and offers a guest toilet and a seating accommodation. It is ideal for enjoying a barbecue with friends and family. A small, covered patio with chairs and a table is also found here. In the basement of the garden house is a wine cellar.The holiday house has two floors, connected by a staircase. On the ground floor, you will find the fully equipped kitchen, which boasts a dining table, a ceran stove, an oven, a microwave, a toaster, a refrigerator, a freezer and a dishwasher. One the same floor, you will find the spacious living room with a sofa and a coffee table, as well as a flat screen television with digital TV and a stereo.
