The flat is located in Puerto del Carmen, situated in a very central and quiet area, five minutes from the Avenida. Puerto del Carmen is the main tourist area of the island of Lanzarote, ten minutes from the airport, this is the perfect place for your holiday. The Avenida de las Playas runs along the beach, with shops, restaurants, bars with live music and lively nightclubs. It stretches along about seven kilometres of coastline, which includes the beaches of Los Pocillos, Playa Grande, Playa Chica, all with golden sand, as well as several coves. The above beaches have been certified as safe beaches by the Spanish Institute for Tourism Quality (ICTE): Safe Tourism Certified, after passing an audit carried out by TÜV RHEINLAND. You can practice various sports: scuba diving, windsurfing, cycling, parascending, and for those who like cycling there is a twenty kilometre long cycle path. Betalingsvoorwaarden en -termijnen

Na bevestiging van de boeking moet binnen tien dagen een aanbetaling van 20% gedaan worden van de totale huursom. Vervolgens moet de tweede betaling uiterlijk 42 dagen voor vertrek worden voldaan. Indien u vertrekt binnen zes weken dan moet het volledige bedrag direct worden voldaan.
