The holiday home is located directly by the sea (5 minutes to the beach). The house is on the edge of the small and quiet fishing village of Tuzla. The village offers three beaches, nice restaurants, two small grocery shops, a large supermarket, a fish shop and a weekly market on Sundays. The water quality in this region is excellent. It is quiet here and ideal for families. A bus takes you to the harbour town of Bodrum, 25 km away, or to the typical old Turkish town of Milas. The golf course is approx. 5km away. The airport is about 15km away. The house is equipped with a kitchen (gas cooker, dishwasher, espresso and coffee machine, fridge-freezer), music system, internet, washing machine; simply everything you need to feel at home. On the ground floor is the large living/kitchen area with open fireplace, seating area, dining table, from where you can access the 18 square metre terrace. From here you have a marvellous view of the sea. On the terrace there is a dining table with chairs, a BBQ grill and a hammock for relaxing. On the upper floor there are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. The master bedroom has a double bed, air conditioning and a small balcony with sea views from where you can enjoy the beautiful sunrise. The guest bedroom has 2 single beds and a built-in wardrobe. In front of the house there is a small, enclosed garden with a breakfast table. There is an English-speaking contact person on site who will be happy to advise you in all areas and give you tips. Betalingsvoorwaarden en -termijnen

Na bevestiging van de boeking moet binnen tien dagen een aanbetaling van 20% gedaan worden van de totale huursom. Vervolgens moet de tweede betaling uiterlijk 42 dagen voor vertrek worden voldaan. Indien u vertrekt binnen zes weken dan moet het volledige bedrag direct worden voldaan.
