2Oceans Apartments offers 2 Adult Only Studios only 30 minutes drive from Cape Town's city centre. Situated between the unspoilt beach of Longbeach / Noordhoek and the popular swimming beach of Fish Hoek, we offer the perfect accommodation to explore the Cape Peninsula and all its attractions. Enjoy your holiday in our sunny garden cottages and refresh yourself in the large solar-heated swimming pool. Each 1-bedroom flat is suitable for 2 adults only, but can accommodate up to 3 people on request. Each studio has no partition between the sleeping, living and kitchen areas and a separate bathroom. We have a photovoltaic system with batteries for permanent power supply even when load-shedding!Our beautifully furnished 1-room flats are each approx. 33 square metres in size and are bright and friendly. They both face the garden and the large solar-heated pool with a view of Chapmans Peak.Each studio offers: A king-sized double bed with 2 single mattresses and separate duvets. Cool cotton bed linen to help you sleep soundly.A large Ikea sofa bed (1.6m x 2m) in the same room can easily be converted into a bed for an extra person.A tastefully furnished bathroom with rain and hand shower, washbasin, toilet and towels.A well-equipped kitchenette with fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, 2 hotplates, coffee machine and toaster, crockery, pots, pans and cutlery for small meals. A table and chairs complete the studio.Additional room equipment:- Smart TV, private safe, EU & USB socket, fast Wi-Fi Internet, maps, brochures and reading material A large solar-heated pool is available to guests in the peaceful garden. There are various partly covered areas with seating and sun loungers and a barbecue. In the evening, everything is romantically and safely lit. The property is completely fenced and parking on the property is very safe. The hosts also live on the property and are always available for you if required. We are a guest house for adults (no children) and a non-smoking house, but you can of course smoke in the garden. We can do your laundry for you and you can hire 2 golf trolleys from us at a reasonable price. We can also arrange cheap airport transfers and car hire. The studios are very secure and each has its own separate entrance and secure car park. We have a photovoltaic system with batteries for permanent power supply even when load-shedding! Services: Cleaning service during your stay free of charge, transfer service and laundry service for a fee (airport etc.)Sun Valley is a quiet residential area between Fish Hoek and Noordhoek in the heart of the Cape Peninsula. From here you can reach all the sights of Cape Town and many beaches in no time. A large shopping centre with many shops and some restaurants is about 400m away but a rental car is still highly recommended! Ask us for a non-binding offer!Sports facilities in the area: mountaineering, golf course, canoeing, climbing, mountain biking, cycling, horse riding, sailing, surfing, diving, tennisActivities: Swim at the popular Fish Hoek Beach, dive or snorkel in False Bay or with the penguins at Boulders Beach. The spot for surfers is Kommetjie. Horses can be ridden in Noordhoek and Imhoffs, Kommetjie. Hike in the surrounding Silvermine National Park and do the Baboon Walk with baboons. Have a sundowner on Noordhoek beach or visit the trendy restaurants in the harbour of Kalk Bay, in historic SimonsTown or in the nearby shopping centre. From September to November you can watch the whales from the beaches and discover South Africa's birdlife at any time. Play golf at the nearby Clovelly Country Club, in Simons Town, Steenberg or Westlake or follow the artists' route in Noordhoek & Kommetjie. The marvellous coastal drive over Chapman's Peak takes you to Hout Bay with its Seal Island, to the famous Camps Bay Beach, to the Waterfront and to the city with Table Mountain. The Constantia wine estates invite you to a wine tasting to sample the excellent South African wines. The popular food market at the CPV Wine Estate on Thursdays is only 6 minutes away. View the beautiful Protea plants in the Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens while listening to the summer concerts on Sundays. Another coastal road south takes you past the wild beaches of Scarborough, an ostrich farm to the famous tip of the African continent: the Cape of Good Hope, Cape Point N.P. All these attractions are within a short drive from our holiday flats.

Betalingsvoorwaarden en -termijnen

Na bevestiging van de boeking moet binnen tien dagen een aanbetaling van 20% gedaan worden van de totale huursom. Vervolgens moet de tweede betaling uiterlijk 42 dagen voor vertrek worden voldaan. Indien u vertrekt binnen zes weken dan moet het volledige bedrag direct worden voldaan.
