Here you’ll experience true peace, untouched nature and the timeless charm of the Swedish countryside – with swimming, fishing and your own private beach and jetty just outside the door.

The property includes two separate houses, rented together, making it ideal for families or friends who want to spend their holiday together while still enjoying privacy and space. Both houses share a 6,000 m² garden and park area – perfect for relaxing, playing, or enjoying meals outdoors in a peaceful setting.

Morsarvet af Sjöfälla combines tranquillity and adventure. Enjoy long walks or bike rides through forest and fields, unwind in the wood-fired sauna by the water, or take a boat to explore the lake. The area offers wonderful possibilities for mountain biking, canoeing, riding, golf, skiing, and more.

Nearby, you’ll find the towns of Vetlanda and Eksjö with shops, cafés and restaurants, as well as easy day trips to the Kingdom of Crystal, Astrid Lindgren’s World, Gränna, Visingsö and Jönköping. The property has lake view and view over meadow/pasture where we (from time to time, have horses). The view is also from one of the buildings over the 5000 square meter park that they have right outside their doorstep, that leads down to the water, their own beach and platform with boat. There is both an outdoor patio by the house, and furniture/chairs right by the water. There is a trampoline in the park, and a "friends swing" (where two-three kids can lie together and swing, or one grown up).
