First-class 2-room flat with separate kitchen, bathroom and large outdoor seating area. The elegantly furnished flat has a living room with a sofa and a dining area for four to six people. The second room is a bedroom with two single beds, bedded like a double bed. There are plenty of cupboards in all rooms and in the corridor. The kitchen is separate and has a small area with a hob, dishwasher, oven and a seating area for two people. The bathroom has a bathtub, a WC, a double washbasin and a mirror cabinet. In front of the living room there is a large seating area with a view of the mountains and plenty of sun from around 11 am. A parking space in the underground car park is reserved for you (parking space no. 6). There is also a ski room with a ski locker in the basement (no. 5). Use of the communal washing machine and tumble dryer in the basement is possible. Na bevestiging van de boeking moet binnen tien dagen een aanbetaling van 20% gedaan worden van de totale huursom. Vervolgens moet de tweede betaling uiterlijk 42 dagen voor vertrek worden voldaan. Indien u vertrekt binnen zes weken dan moet het volledige bedrag direct worden voldaan.
