The stored energy (42 kWh) reliably supplies the house with electricity. Should there ever be a shortage, an emergency generator is available.- Electric car charging station: E-car drivers also get their money's worth with us. Charge your vehicle directly at the hotel and enjoy the benefits of electromobility. Please note that charging (type 2) is only possible when the sun is shining and up to a maximum output of 11 kW.- The house is not completely fenced in and the outdoor area is partly video-monitored.Further features:- Three cosy bedrooms: Each bedroom has its own wood-burning stove for cosy warmth on cold days.- Spacious living areas: The bright living area with fireplace invites you to linger. In the winter months, we recommend using a four-wheel drive vehicle, as road conditions can vary depending on the snow conditions. If there is a lot of snow, the car must be parked on the main road (parking facilities are available, footpath approx. 100 m to the house).- On foot: For nature lovers, an approx. 25-minute hike from Poschiavo is ideal. Enjoy the fresh mountain air and the picturesque landscape.

Betalingsvoorwaarden en -termijnen

Na bevestiging van de boeking moet binnen tien dagen een aanbetaling van 20% gedaan worden van de totale huursom. Vervolgens moet de tweede betaling uiterlijk 42 dagen voor vertrek worden voldaan. Indien u vertrekt binnen zes weken dan moet het volledige bedrag direct worden voldaan.
