Holidays in a listed building combines heritage conservation and tourism. Historically valuable buildings are taken over, gently renovated and rented out as holiday flats. The model provides a double benefit: the monuments are given a revitalised future and the holiday guests experience a stay in an exceptional building. The idea is being realised by the ‘Ferien im Baudenkmal’ foundation, which was set up by the Swiss Heritage Society in 2005.Public transport: By train hourly from St. Moritz and Chur, Bergün railway station 400m from the house. From the railway station or village entrance, cross the bridge towards the village, pass the Römerturm on the right at the village square (Hotel weisses Kreuz / Volg), turn left at the fountain, then the house is on the left.By car: By car you can either drive from Chur, Thusis, Tiefencastel or in summer from Engandin from La Punt over the Albula Pass.Car park: There is a garage space for one car. Other cars can be parked in the public car park next to the school. Parking is prohibited in the car park in front of the house, so please only use it for loading and unloading.Number of persons 6: 2 double rooms, one room with two single beds, one walk-through room with daybed. Betalingsvoorwaarden en -termijnen

Na bevestiging van de boeking moet binnen tien dagen een aanbetaling van 20% gedaan worden van de totale huursom. Vervolgens moet de tweede betaling uiterlijk 42 dagen voor vertrek worden voldaan. Indien u vertrekt binnen zes weken dan moet het volledige bedrag direct worden voldaan.
