Features of the flat: This cosy and comfortably furnished 3 1/2-room flat has a combined living/dining room with an open-plan adjoining kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The flat is ideal for 4 people, especially families and couples. Interior:

- Living/dining room: sofa, fireplace, satellite TV, chest of drawers, dining table, radio/CD/DVD player (various DVD films for free use), WLAN/Internet (included) and various board games.
- Kitchen: ceramic hob (electric, 4 hotplates), oven, dishwasher, microwave, capsule coffee machine, kettle, fridge with integrated freezer compartment, toaster, fondue/raclette set, etc.).
- Bedroom 1: 1 double bed (2 x 90x200cm), chest of drawers, wardrobe incl. hangers, 2 bedside tables with lamps.
- Bedroom 2: 2 single beds 90x190cm (depending on occupancy, only 1 bed can be set up), 1 bedside table with lamp, 1 wardrobe incl. hanger.

- Entrance area: open wardrobe, cupboard (cleaning materials, hoover).

Outdoor area: Sit on the marvellous terrace and enjoy the view of the mountains and Lake Sarnen. The terrace is furnished with a garden table and chairs.The flat has a carport parking space (included in the rental price). Details of the complex: The flat is located in the "Stockenmatt" holiday development at around 1000m above sea level above Stalden in a sunny, panoramic position. Betalingsvoorwaarden en -termijnen

Na bevestiging van de boeking moet binnen tien dagen een aanbetaling van 20% gedaan worden van de totale huursom. Vervolgens moet de tweede betaling uiterlijk 42 dagen voor vertrek worden voldaan. Indien u vertrekt binnen zes weken dan moet het volledige bedrag direct worden voldaan.
