Deze vakantiewoning voor 8 personen heeft twee badkamers en vier slaapkamers. De vakantiewoning is voorzien van een barbecue en een terras. Uw auto kunt u parkeren op een parking (overdekt). De badkamer is voorzien van een douche.

De vakantiewoning beschikt over een vriezer, een internetaansluiting (ADSL, ISDN, draadloos) en een wasmachine.

Our farm is located at 1000 m above sea level. M. in a sunny and quiet location with a wonderful view between Hemberg and the village of Bächli.

In summer it is the ideal starting point for biking, swimming and hiking in the Appenzellerland or Toggenburg. In winter, there are numerous opportunities such as skiing, cross-country skiing , sledding and snowshoeing.

Our cozy apartment has two double rooms, and two children's rooms with two beds each, a cozy living room, a kitchen-living room as well as a shower / toilet and an additional separate toilet.

The surroundings around the house invite you to rest, play and barbecue. The playground with trampoline, slide, swing and children's tractors also provides a lot of fun for the children.

In summer you have the opportunity to visit the cows on the nearby Alp. You are also welcome to participate in our daily work or simply watch and experience our farm animals up close - feeding, smelling, stroking and much more.

Enviroment:
The agricultural area is 23 ha, including 1.8 ha of forest and an alp which bears the name Sattel.
our company consists of two farms and we manage them according to the IP Suisse guidelines.
Dairy farming and pig farming are part of our main income.
Our cows live on the farm Hintersteig in winter to spring, on the Barenegghof in autumn and on the Alp Sattel in summer and are milked twice a day.
There are always young cattle on the Barenegghof.
The milk is brought to a milk collection point in the village of Bächli every other day.
The pig farm consists of mother and fattening pigs. Thus, there are always piglets to see on our farm.
Cats, ducks, chickens and sheep also live on our farm.

Betalingsvoorwaarden en -termijnen

Na bevestiging van de boeking moet binnen tien dagen een aanbetaling van 20% gedaan worden van de totale huursom. Vervolgens moet de tweede betaling uiterlijk 42 dagen voor vertrek worden voldaan. Indien u vertrekt binnen zes weken dan moet het volledige bedrag direct worden voldaan.
