This romantic Toggenburg cottage is idyllically situated at the source of the Thur, with a view of the Churfirsten. Bright, friendly rooms with shabby chic style furnishings. The house is surrounded by a covered seating area at the entrance, a sun terrace on the south side, a separate barbecue area, 4 parking spaces and 2500 m2 of surrounding land (Riet area). The hot tub is optional to rent: up to 3 nights Fr. 250.-- from 4 nights Fr. 300.--. On the ground floor is the cosy living/dining area and the open kitchen with coffee corner. Next to the master bedroom with double bed is the children's playroom or baby room. The house is heated by the underfloor heating and the efficient Swedish soapstone stove. Simple shower/WC. Entrance hall with wardrobe and shoe racks. Upstairs there are two 2-bed rooms and a small, neat single room. WC and shared lavabo. Very quiet location with a direct view of the Churfirsten. Nevertheless centrally located with the ski bus 70 metres from the house during the season. The house is ideal for family or even 3 generation holidays. There is also room for up to 4 people in our Studio Chic, which can be found under holiday flats. In the snow in front of the house you can see tracks of deer, foxes and squirrels and if you are lucky you can watch the animals from the house.Excursion possibilities: Various hikes, ski slopes and cross-country ski trails. Betalingsvoorwaarden en -termijnen

Na bevestiging van de boeking moet binnen tien dagen een aanbetaling van 20% gedaan worden van de totale huursom. Vervolgens moet de tweede betaling uiterlijk 42 dagen voor vertrek worden voldaan. Indien u vertrekt binnen zes weken dan moet het volledige bedrag direct worden voldaan.
