The very well-kept detached house, approx. 86 m2, with living room, dining room, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and hallway as well as a large balconystands in a spacious, 1860 m2 park-like Mediterranean garden with many palm trees, azaleas and camellias.A private car park is also available.An ideal place to relax and unwind or for the children to play, for whom there is also a paddling pool.Casa Elena is situated in a favoured, absolutely quiet and sunny location on the outskirts of Tegna, a typical small Ticino village in the Terre di Pedemonte region and in the immediate vicinity (approx. 7 minutes by car or regional train) of Locarno or Ascona.Our guests can enjoy the peace and quiet and the view of the mountains opposite Lake Maggiore on the terrace/balcony with dining table, chairs and loungers or in the garden. Or they can retire to one of the comfortable armchairs in the living room with one of the many books from the library.For the children, there are games and painting utensils in the house as well as a changing mat, a baby high chair and a high chair for toddlers.There is also a comprehensive TV programme and free Wi-Fi.All windows and patio doors are fitted with fly screens/doors. Betalingsvoorwaarden en -termijnen

Na bevestiging van de boeking moet binnen tien dagen een aanbetaling van 20% gedaan worden van de totale huursom. Vervolgens moet de tweede betaling uiterlijk 42 dagen voor vertrek worden voldaan. Indien u vertrekt binnen zes weken dan moet het volledige bedrag direct worden voldaan.
