Top Location: Bus stop directly in front of the door, ski lift and mountain railways in the Magic Pass area only 120 m away. Infrastructure: Shopping facilities and restaurants within 20m reach, a large children's playground opposite the house. House Details: The apartment is located on the fourth floor of an apartment building, has a ski room in the basement, and features its own parking space directly in front of the house. Summer: Fantastic hiking trails like the Suonenweg (historic irrigation channel path), excursions to Almagelleralp or the Mattmark reservoir, climbing tours, bike routes, and barbecue areas. Betalingsvoorwaarden en -termijnen

Na bevestiging van de boeking moet binnen tien dagen een aanbetaling van 20% gedaan worden van de totale huursom. Vervolgens moet de tweede betaling uiterlijk 42 dagen voor vertrek worden voldaan. Indien u vertrekt binnen zes weken dan moet het volledige bedrag direct worden voldaan.
