Smoking is NOT allowed in the house!Location: Buching is a charming, small village in the largest Bavarian nature reserve "Ammergebirge" and is one of the villages that form the gateway to the Ostallgäu with close proximity to Upper Bavaria and Tyrol. The village lies at an altitude of around 850 metres and is a 10-minute walk from Bavaria's largest wild river (Halblech). From the house you can easily reach the hiking trails to the Ammergebirge, Tegelberg and Kenzen area as well as the cycle paths to the bathing lakes and cross-country trails to the royal castles. In the municipality of Halblech there are doctors, restaurants, grocery shops, tennis courts, a swimming pool, several ski lifts and a chair lift to the Buchenberg (the municipality's local mountain). You can enjoy the original rural flair of the "Romantic Road" in pleasant peace and quiet, away from the bustling royal castles.

Betalingsvoorwaarden en -termijnen

Na bevestiging van de boeking moet binnen tien dagen een aanbetaling van 20% gedaan worden van de totale huursom. Vervolgens moet de tweede betaling uiterlijk 42 dagen voor vertrek worden voldaan. Indien u vertrekt binnen zes weken dan moet het volledige bedrag direct worden voldaan.
