In terms of interior design, both flats are similarly and exclusively furnished. Both flats can be heated by electric marble infrared heaters. This approx. 55 sqm flat on the first floor has a comfortable, spacious living/dining room, which is furnished with a cosy seating area consisting of a leather sofa and leather armchair as well as a coffee table and a large flat screen TV. The fitted kitchen is fully equipped and even has a dishwasher to make washing up easier. The bedroom has a 180 cm wide double bed and beautifully restored original wardrobes. The nostalgic-style bathroom is equipped with a shower and WC. There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer for your exclusive use free of charge. A small seating area has been set up in the hallway of the flat, where you can retreat to read, for example, or do your work as a "digital nomad".A well-developed network of walking, cycling and hiking trails starts about 150 metres from the house. In the village you will find shops for your daily needs (discounters, supermarkets, bakeries, butchers). The flats are an ideal holiday home for nature and culture lovers.Michelau is located in the middle of a holiday and hiking area with excellent transport links and good infrastructure. After three years of careful dismantling and proper restoration, the "Sleeping Beauty" has awoken and invites you to enjoy a wonderful holiday in a historic ambience. As aesthetics and tradition are suitably combined here, guests are surrounded by a cosy and homely atmosphere. The aim of the restoration was to preserve as much of the original substance as possible. Every object and the surfaces were selected with great attention to detail. Many layers of paint were removed from the original old furniture and lovingly restored.

Na bevestiging van de boeking moet binnen tien dagen een aanbetaling van 20% gedaan worden van de totale huursom. Vervolgens moet de tweede betaling uiterlijk 42 dagen voor vertrek worden voldaan. Indien u vertrekt binnen zes weken dan moet het volledige bedrag direct worden voldaan.
