We also live on the 4 hectare estate ourselves, which offers more than enough space for retreat and tranquillity even when both houses are occupied. We will do our best to ensure that you have a wonderful, relaxing stay.IN THE HEART OF BELLA TOSCANAFamous Tuscan excursion destinations such as the Abbey of San Galgano (4 km), the historic pearl of Massa Marittima (25 min), the hot springs of Petriolo (30 km) and several wonderfully refreshing river bathing spots (3 km) are all within easy reach.The sea (Follonica) is only 45 minutes away, as well as many other marvellous bays and sandy beaches, and numerous cultural sites such as Siena, Florence, Volterra and San Gigminiano can all be reached in more or less 1 hour.

Na bevestiging van de boeking moet binnen tien dagen een aanbetaling van 20% gedaan worden van de totale huursom. Vervolgens moet de tweede betaling uiterlijk 42 dagen voor vertrek worden voldaan. Indien u vertrekt binnen zes weken dan moet het volledige bedrag direct worden voldaan.
