Maximaal 2 huisdieren/honden toegestaan. The flat is on the ground floor, with a separate entrance, next to the other larger flat. Part of the garden is for exclusive use. The swimming pool and the large garden are shared with the guests (max 6 persons) of the house.
The area is very quiet, 4 km from the Petriolo thermal baths, halfway between Siena and Grosseto. The sea can be reached in 45 minutes by car.The nest for a couple is about 45 square metres; the bedroom has a double bed, the bathroom is complete with toilet, washbasin, bidet, shower, the kitchen has a fridge, gas cooker, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and what is necessary.The garden is fenced, safe for children and small four-legged friends, it is shared with the other flat (maximum 6 people), each accommodation has a reserved garden area for outdoor dining. The kitchen opens onto the patio at the back, where there is an outdoor table under a shady pergola. The swimming pool, in the middle of a lawn, is for the exclusive use of guests, maximum 8 persons. It is located in a garden (not fenced off) separate from that of the house, you have to cross the road to reach it, so there is no risk of children approaching on their own or disturbing other guests.In the garden you will also find a barbecue at your disposal for organising nice barbecues.A car is necessary for shopping and to be independent. the bus stop about 1 km away allows you to reach the centre of Florence in about 80 minutes without traffic stress. A road with very limited traffic divides the house from the back garden where the swimming pool is located. Ample space for parking.5 km from the house the Petriolo thermal baths offer complete relaxation in the natural hot sulphurous water pools and the Farma river. Numerous routes on foot or by bicycle allow you to discover the area. Small grocery shops and restaurants can be found in the nearby villages of Casal di Pari and Pari. In Paganico (13 km) you can find a bank, a doctor's office, a pharmacy, a good butcher's shop and other shops, while for larger shopping centres and supermarkets you have to reach Grosseto or -Siena. In addition to full relaxation in contact with nature, a holiday at the Isola delle Api agriturismo allows the discovery of many historical/artistic treasures, large and small, but unknown to the hurried tourist: it is an excellent starting point for getting to know the places and history of the Maremma. Na bevestiging van de boeking moet binnen tien dagen een aanbetaling van 20% gedaan worden van de totale huursom. Vervolgens moet de tweede betaling uiterlijk 42 dagen voor vertrek worden voldaan. Indien u vertrekt binnen zes weken dan moet het volledige bedrag direct worden voldaan.
