This charming stone villa with swimming pool is situated in the fertile hills of the Valdinievole, just 2 km from the famous spa town of Monsummano Terme. Originally an 18th-century farmhouse built of local stone, the villa is now surrounded by a large garden full of lush plants and beautiful Tuscan terracotta vases. In a picturesque position with a wide view of the surrounding countryside, there is an infinity pool (16 x 8 m, depth from 1.35 to 2.50 m, open from mid-April to mid-October) with a very large whirlpool area for 8 people. Under the pool, equipped with night lighting and an acoustic alarm system for the safety of our young guests, is a large changing room with 2 showers and a WC. There is also a fitness room equipped with a treadmill with digital display, a multifunctional Technogym bench, an exercise bike and a foosball table. The garden also offers several furnished areas, perfect for outdoor dining, including a relaxing stone amphitheatre, a barbecue and a children's corner with a swing and slide. Definitely an ideal place for those seeking peace and tranquillity. The 350 m² villa can accommodate up to 11 people on two floors. It is elegantly furnished with exceptional antiques tastefully collected over the years and features wood-beamed ceilings and beautiful old terracotta floors, lovingly restored by the owners. On the ground floor there is a large living-dining room (80 square metres) with a table for 14 and a magnificent 16th century fireplace (not in use), sloping ceilings with wooden beams and French windows overlooking the garden with views of the historic centre of Monsummano Alto; A further living room with satellite TV (Netflix, Bose Bluetooth acoustic speakers) and a double sofa bed and a single bed leads to the large Tuscan kitchen with fireplace (fully equipped with professional hob with 2 ovens, side-by-side refrigerator with icemaker, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, American coffee machine, moka coffee maker, toaster, blender, juicer), a cast-iron stove with ovens and a French window leading to the veranda suitable for outdoor dining with a table seating 14 a double bedroom with a 17th-century fireplace (not in use) and French doors leading to a covered veranda; a bathroom with a hydro-massage shower; and a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. Betalingsvoorwaarden en -termijnen

Na bevestiging van de boeking moet binnen tien dagen een aanbetaling van 20% gedaan worden van de totale huursom. Vervolgens moet de tweede betaling uiterlijk 42 dagen voor vertrek worden voldaan. Indien u vertrekt binnen zes weken dan moet het volledige bedrag direct worden voldaan.
