Splendid villa suitable for up to 10 people, originally a 17th century watchtower, with magnificent views over the Tuscan hills. Enjoy the view with a good glass of wine at any time of day, but especially at sunset.Renovated over the centuries and recently restored, the house still retains the traditional features of a typical Tuscan country house.The property boasts a large garden with a gazebo full of olive trees, fruit trees and flowers, as well as a swimming pool (150 cm deep, 6 x 12 m, open from mid-April to mid-October) and a Jacuzzi (available on request). Here you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the surrounding countryside while relaxing in the pool or hot tub. Na bevestiging van de boeking moet binnen tien dagen een aanbetaling van 20% gedaan worden van de totale huursom. Vervolgens moet de tweede betaling uiterlijk 42 dagen voor vertrek worden voldaan. Indien u vertrekt binnen zes weken dan moet het volledige bedrag direct worden voldaan.
