We are in the province of Florence, which is only 30 km away. The property is managed by the Giovannelli family, producers of Chianti docg wine and extra-virgin olive oil'oliva da tre generazioni.
Situata nel cuore del Chianti fiorentino, a metà strada tra Firenze e San Gimignano, l'company consists of the farmhouse with the flats and the cellar where we produce and age our wines. We are in the countryside, on a small hill 250 metres above sea level. Betalingsvoorwaarden en -termijnen

Na bevestiging van de boeking moet binnen tien dagen een aanbetaling van 20% gedaan worden van de totale huursom. Vervolgens moet de tweede betaling uiterlijk 42 dagen voor vertrek worden voldaan. Indien u vertrekt binnen zes weken dan moet het volledige bedrag direct worden voldaan.
