It is suitable for two persons. It has a kitchen with a 2-burner induction hob, a refrigerator and a dishwasher. In the living/dining room there is a table with seating for four and an antique fireplace and sink, but this is only decorative. There is also a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.During the renovation of the villa in 2003, the decorations on the walls, the ceilings with wooden beams and terracotta floors are (some of which are still the original antique floor) restored to their former glory.
