Beautiful villa only 800 metres from the village of Sassetta.The medieval village is situated on the hills of the Costa degli Etruschi, in a very green area from which you can enjoy amazing views of the woods and the sea.The 700-square-metre garden is fenced off and can be illuminated at night. The house sleeps 8 (and up to 5 additional beds on request) and meets the highest demands with 160 square metres of living space on two floors and 100 square metres of indoor and outdoor terraces.In addition to the covered terrace on the ground floor, two other balconies on the first floor offer a fantastic panoramic view of the valley of Pian delle Vigne. All around the house is an undeveloped residential settlement. It only becomes noisy in early August, when many people spend their holidays here.The villa is well equipped and has all the comforts.The entrance on the ground floor leads to an open living room with a seating area consisting of two beautiful sofas, which can also be used as sofa beds for 2 persons each, a satellite TV and a fireplace; In the same room is a dining area with a table for 15 persons, from which you can access the kitchen, where there is another smaller dining area. The washing machine is located in a utility room opposite the small bathroom on the ground floor. In front of the house is the terrace with dining table and chairs.
