The comfortable and lovingly furnished apartment is located on the ground floor of a family house located in a small village of Murine, 2 km away from Umag. The accommodation has a bedroom, two complete bathrooms, equipped kitchen, living room with sofa bed, two air conditioners and a large terrace. It is the ideal choice for couples or families with children looking for comfort and tranquility. The sea and the necessary facilities can be reached by car in a couple of minutes. Covered parking with two parking spaces is available in front of the house. Murine is a small village 2 km away from Umag made up of private houses with enclosed gardens. The area is quiet, surrounded by greenery but still close to all the necessary facilities. In the village, you will find the bakery, playground, an economic restaurant and a church. Na bevestiging van de boeking moet binnen tien dagen een aanbetaling van 20% gedaan worden van de totale huursom. Vervolgens moet de tweede betaling uiterlijk 42 dagen voor vertrek worden voldaan. Indien u vertrekt binnen zes weken dan moet het volledige bedrag direct worden voldaan.
