Villa Caterina is a holiday home with pool near St. Lovreč, only 15 km from Porec and the beach, and the Lim Channel is 8 km away. The house is located on a fully fenced garden of 500 m² with manicured lawn and flowers, 26 m² swimming pool, jacuzzi and sun loungers. Next to the pool is a lovely covered terrace with a large table for 12 people and a charcoal barbecue. There are several parking spaces in front of the house.This beautiful house was built back in 1898 and during the renovation in 2020, the traditional Istrian architecture was preserved in one part, while the other part was furnished in a modern style.Villa Caterina has a capacity of 10-12 people, covers a total of 350 m² of living space, consists of three separate units and is ideal for larger groups or several families. The first unit consists of a ground floor with living room with fully equipped kitchen, dining table, sofa bed for 2 persons and fireplace as well as a bathroom with shower/WC. From the living room there is direct access to the covered terrace and pool. On the first floor there is a bedroom with separate beds, a spacious bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with shower/WC in the hallway. Both rooms offer a beautiful view of the garden and pool.The second unit is located on the first floor and has a spacious living area in typical Istrian style with a fully equipped kitchen, a large dining table for 12 people, a seating area and a separate toilet. At the entrance there is a beautiful covered terrace with garden furniture and upstairs there are two bedrooms with double beds, each with its own bathroom.In the second part of the courtyard there is a third unit consisting of a ground floor with billiards, darts, table tennis and a small gym, while on the first floor there is a spacious bedroom with double bed and sofa bed for 1 person and a bathroom with shower/WC. The entire house is air-conditioned and equipped with WLAN.Villa Caterina is therefore the ideal place for those who do not want to compromise on their holiday. Betalingsvoorwaarden en -termijnen

Na bevestiging van de boeking moet binnen tien dagen een aanbetaling van 20% gedaan worden van de totale huursom. Vervolgens moet de tweede betaling uiterlijk 42 dagen voor vertrek worden voldaan. Indien u vertrekt binnen zes weken dan moet het volledige bedrag direct worden voldaan.
