It is located on the ground floor of a family house, surrounded by a lush garden in the quiet and green surroundings of the small village of Soši, only 4.5 km from Umag. This accommodation is the perfect choice for visitors seeking peace and quiet and waking up to the sound of birdsong in the morning, as well as for nature and sea lovers alike.Inside you will find a modern and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, hob, fridge and a cosy dining table for two. The adjoining bedroom promises pure comfort with a comfortable double bed, bedside tables, a spacious wardrobe and a flat-screen satellite TV. There is also air conditioning and the bathroom is fully equipped with a bidet, WC, washbasin with mirror and a shower cubicle. Bed linen is changed weekly and a free Wi-Fi internet connection is also part of the offer.The outdoor area offers a large terrace with table and chairs, ideal for enjoying the tranquillity of the garden or having a relaxed breakfast outdoors. Betalingsvoorwaarden en -termijnen

Na bevestiging van de boeking moet binnen tien dagen een aanbetaling van 20% gedaan worden van de totale huursom. Vervolgens moet de tweede betaling uiterlijk 42 dagen voor vertrek worden voldaan. Indien u vertrekt binnen zes weken dan moet het volledige bedrag direct worden voldaan.
