The detached house with its own patio and terrace is situated in a quiet location on a hillside, with wonderful views of the mountains. It is situated in the Loma de Albuñuelas, in the heart of the Lecrin Valley. Loma de Albuñuelas is a privileged and peaceful place where life goes by unhurriedly. The silence of the streets is only broken by the sounds of the animals and the street vendors who bring fresh bread, fresh fish from Motril, fruit and vegetables every day.The holiday home also has a private patio with a small pool, ideal for a quick refreshment instead of swimming. On the adjoining terrace, partly covered by a vine, there is a table and chairs available. Pets are not allowed.The house has 140 m² spread over three floors and can accommodate up to seven people. Na bevestiging van de boeking moet binnen tien dagen een aanbetaling van 20% gedaan worden van de totale huursom. Vervolgens moet de tweede betaling uiterlijk 42 dagen voor vertrek worden voldaan. Indien u vertrekt binnen zes weken dan moet het volledige bedrag direct worden voldaan.
