You can access the flat via the underground car park with the lift directly to the front door. 2 parking spaces are also available in the underground car park if you are travelling with two cars. You can also reach the ground floor of the apartment complex from the street via a small staircase and from there take the lift or stairs to the flat. There is a pool with children's pool for communal use in front of the apartment complex.Detailed description The two-storey flat is on the 3rd floor of the OASIS DEL MAR II complex, in Mojácar-Playa, almost directly on the beach, but in a quiet side street. The beach promenade and sandy beach are approx. 150 m away on foot, and there are many restaurants, bars, shops and small supermarkets along the Paseo del Mediterráneo (the beach road). The nearest restaurant and supermarket are just 100 metres from the flat.The OASIS DEL MAR II urbanisation is a reputable residential complex.Internet via Wifi is available on both floors. Betalingsvoorwaarden en -termijnen

Na bevestiging van de boeking moet binnen tien dagen een aanbetaling van 20% gedaan worden van de totale huursom. Vervolgens moet de tweede betaling uiterlijk 42 dagen voor vertrek worden voldaan. Indien u vertrekt binnen zes weken dan moet het volledige bedrag direct worden voldaan.
