Daarnaast is er een zwembad (privé, buiten), een barbecue en een tuin (omheind). Uw auto kunt u parkeren op een parking (overdekt). De badkamer is voorzien van een douche.

De vakantiewoning beschikt over een vriezer, een internetaansluiting (ADSL, ISDN, draadloos) en een wasmachine.

De keuken is voorzien van een oven en een magnetron.

Casa San Miguel is ideal for large groups. Large outside porch with barbecue and bar, overlooking the large rustic swimming pool, the house with 6 rooms for up to 20 people is built in typical Andalusian architecture with Arabic touches and handmade mosaics.
House of 200 m² on 2 floors with 600 m² of land. Sleeps up to 20 people. (Possibility of adding 4 more people on an extra bed upon request) and at an additional cost.

Accommodation rules:

* Included in the price: reasonable consumption of water, electricity, gas. Bed linen and bath towels.

ATTENTION: do not leave air conditioning on if you are not in the accommodation or with windows and doors open. Misuse of energy may result in extra costs for you.

* The charging service for electric vehicles is not included in the consumption price of the gîte. If you need to use this service, please consult us for the applicable rates and conditions.

* We kindly ask you to leave the accommodation picked up on your departure, leaving the accommodation untidy may result in an extra cleaning charge.

* Please contact immediately with any need or inconvenience you may have during your stay with the contact persons indicated in the booking confirmation. Complaints will only be dealt with during the stay.

* No parties, visits or more people than those booked are allowed unless prior notice and payment is made.

* Arrival and departure time to be agreed with the contact person. July and August or with other travellers arriving on the same day: arrival from 16:00 hours and departure before 10:00 hours.

* The deposit is given on arrival and is returned by BIZUM within a maximum of 48 hours if there is no damage.

* If the house admits you and you come with a pet, it is not allowed to enter the swimming pool. The deposit will not be returned until we have checked that there has been no damage and all excrement has been collected.

* Cancellation policy in the confirmation of the booking voucher.

* It is compulsory to check in all guests before arrival. CR/SE/00296

Betalingsvoorwaarden en -termijnen

Na bevestiging van de boeking moet binnen tien dagen een aanbetaling van 20% gedaan worden van de totale huursom. Vervolgens moet de tweede betaling uiterlijk 42 dagen voor vertrek worden voldaan. Indien u vertrekt binnen zes weken dan moet het volledige bedrag direct worden voldaan.
